Citibank New York just lost a slew of its top foreign exchange dealers, sources say. Five traders left en masse Friday, including head of trading Dan Almeida and chief dealer Rita Saverino. Three traders, including head of the EMS desk Joe Noregna, sterling/mark trader Gordon Woo and a sterling trader whose name couldn't be obtained by press time, also left. All are rumoured to have joined Deutsche Bank, although Deutsche declined comment. At Deutsche, managing director Gerhardt Stejskal is gone
