MarkitServ launches cloud-based post-trade processing platform

The firm looks to migrate FX options and spot to TradeServ in 2019

MarkitServ is planning to migrate foreign exchange options, spot and forwards to its newly launched cloud-based platform, TradeServ, in the first half of 2019.

MarkitServ, the derivatives-processing business of IHS Markit, launched TradeServ in September for the post-trade processing of over-the-counter derivatives.

The platform has 32 banks and asset managers matching, confirming and clearing non-deliverable forward (NDF) trades.
