Traiana wins EBS and Reuters deal for clearing connectivity

Post-trade technology provider Traiana has won a high-profile deal to provide clearing connectivity services to EBS and Thomson Reuters through its Harmony CCP Connect network, as the two leading FX platforms prepare for mandatory clearing requirements for over-the-counter derivatives.

The news comes just weeks after rival middleware provider MarkitServ announced that four interdealer brokers – BGC Partners, GFI Group, Tradition and Tullett Prebon – would use its technology to facilitate both
