New York Fed Plans To Replace ITS's Dealers' Choice System

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York is planning to replace International Treasury Systems Inc.'s Dealers' Choice local data distribution system. Dealers' Choice supports its foreign exchange and government securities trading operations in New York. The decision adds fuel to Street talk that Framingham, Mass.-based integrator ITS plans to withdraw from the market.

According to sources at the Fed, the bank is currently evaluating several systems integrators. These sources say the Fed likely will
