Foreign Exchange Committee Forms Four New Subcommittees

REGULATIONS

The Foreign Exchange Committee (FEC), which is set to meet and draw up an agenda for 1991 today, established four new subcommittees in January in an effort to "be better prepared, more knowledgeable and maybe extend our vision a little," according to Christine Patton, senior vice president at Manufacturers Hanover Trust and former chairman of the committee.
