Graham Simister has been shipped over to New York to head Citibank's EMS desk, officials there confirm. Simister previously headed the bank's foreign exchange trading operation in Frankfurt.

David Goone was named senior director, currency products manager at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Goone, previously a vice president at Indosuez Carr in Chicago, replaces Andrew Good, who left the exchange last May to start his own consulting business.
