City Index drops three in London

Peter Hall, Richard Shennon and Michael Wilkinson were culled from IFX Markets, leaving four manning the existing 24-hour FX desk. Kaye Spicer, chief operating officer at IFX Markets, also left last week and served her last day on October 15.

Clive Cooke, chief executive at City Index in London, said the cuts were "part of our ongoing integration of the FX Solutions business, which offers leading-edge technology worldwide to retail, using transparent pricing for example".
