Schroders Goes For Telerate's ProfitMaker System In London

Telerate's trading room products group has completed the first major installation of its ProfitMaker digital data distribution system in London. Merchant and investment bank J Henry Schroder Wagg went live with the Telerate Information Platform/Profitmaker system last month to support its treasury and foreign exchange dealing operations.

The Telerate system replaces a Micrognosis video switch with a 48-position digital system, running on Sun Microsystems hardware. The deal is worth in excess of
