In the highest level trading-related fall-out yet to surface from the planned Chemical Bank/Chase Manhattan Bank merger, Kathylynn O'Donnell announced she will resign as executive vice president and co-head of global markets for Chase in March 1996, the effective date for the merger with Chemical. O'Donnell has been with Chase for the past 17 years and is leaving to pursue other interests, according to a spokesperson.
