Commerzbank and Credit Suisse lose strategists in London

Gavin Friend, London-based head of FX strategy at Commerzbank, left the bank after rejoining the German dealer in June 2005 to work in its macro research group, covering FX, economics, emerging markets and fixed income (FX Week, June 13, 2005). He had previously worked at the bank before leaving in late 2004, and reported to Joerg Kraemer, chief economist and co-head of research at Commerzbank in Frankfurt.
