Exco Issues "Pathfinder" Prospectus For Planned Stock Market Float

Exco, the London-based money and fixed-income securities broking group, last week issued the preliminary "pathfinder" prospectus for its upcoming flotation July 8 of the remaining shares--40 per cent of the company--held by the administrator of its former parent, the British & Commonwealth group (FX Week, May 30).
