StanChart makes global sales push
Declan Clements joins the bank as the head of e-sales for the Middle East, Pakistan and Africa (MEPA), based in Dubai. Clements will oversee sales of rates and foreign exchange e-commerce services in the MEPA region and will report to Tom Roche, global head of e-commerce in Singapore. He previously worked with Saxo Bank in London, where he was a senior manager.
