Investment banking revenues in the Asia-Pacific region have hit their lowest levels in five years in 2017, with the decline driven mainly by a contraction in Japan and emerging Asia fixed income, currencies and commodities (Ficc) revenues, according to financial consultancy Coalition’s Investment Banking Dynamics Australasia FY17 report.
