Bearish US view scores a win for Swissquote

Broker tops the table with close calls on USD/CHF and EUR/JPY

Swissquote came top of the 12-month forecast rankings by taking a bearish view on the US economy, and scoring close calls on USD/CHF and EUR/JPY.

The broker led the pack with a 0.96 spot-on call for USD/CHF, which was trading at 0.92 a year ago. It also scored a close call on EUR/JPY, which traded down from 139 to 122, instead of the projected 118.

Swissquote's victory was aided by its bearish view of the US economy, held since last year, despite a then hawkish Federal
