Two more banks publish execution guidelines

JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley disclose their rules on execution and last look to clients

JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley are the latest banks to publish execution guidelines for clients, informing them of the practices used to handle orders and policies around last look.

The moves follow a similar disclosure from Barclays in October 2015, and come just weeks after the publication of the Global Code of Conduct, which provides principles on execution practices to market participants.

The Global Code specifies six basic principles to which participants need to adhere when executing orders
