Tom Hayes, a former UBS and Citi trader convicted of rigging Libor, has had his jail sentence reduced to 11 years.

The Court of Appeal in London considered mitigating factors such as Hayes' diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome, a form of autism.

The former yen derivatives trader was sentenced in August to 14 years in prison in the first conviction in the Libor-rigging scandal.
