FCA seeks input on wholesale financial markets competition review

Analysis follows benchmark-fixing scandal


The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has requested input from market participants for its review of competition in the wholesale financial markets sector, in an attempt to identify areas of concern that may merit further study.

"It is vital that wholesale financial markets are efficient, fair and competitive. We are publishing this call for input... to seek views and evidence from stakeholders on areas where they think competition may not be working effectively," says Christopher Woolard
