Lloyds Bank removed as defendant from FX lawsuit

BAML and BNP Paribas now added to list of defendants

Lloyds Bank has been removed from the list of defendants in the consolidated complaint against a group of banks that buy-side participants claim have breached antitrust laws by colluding in foreign exchange markets, and despite the bank having suspended a trader and appearing in an earlier filing in February.
