FX Week Europe: Fed is in ‘La La Land’ on monetary policy

The US Federal Reserve is living in ‘La La Land', as it fails to fully appreciate the possible consequences of scaling back its quantitative easing (QE) programme and then raising interest rates, according to Kit Juckes, global head of foreign exchange strategy at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking in London.
