FX Week Europe: Prepare for worst-case scenario in the eurozone

Key infrastructures in the foreign exchange market have been testing their platforms to ensure they are ready for dramatic outcomes to the eurozone crisis, but the challenge is the lack of clarity around what the likely outcome will be, according to speakers at the FX Week Europe conference in London today.

Interdealer broker Icap, which operates the EBS spot-trading platform, has contingency-tested the possible return of the Greek drachma in currency pairs trading against the euro and the US
