HotspotFX clients move to Knight Direct
JERSEY CITY, NJ - Knight Capital Group, owner of HotspotFX, last month began migrating users of the foreign exchange electronic communications network (ECN) over to its multi-asset front-end trading platform Knight Direct, to more closely align the two products.
The customers being transferred are those that use Hotspot as a front-end trading platform. This client group principally includes hedge funds and high-frequency traders, and accounts for about 20% of Hotspot's daily trading volumes
