The new division, which sits within Tullett Prebon EMEA, brings together global FX options, interest rate options, single-stock options, equity index options and financial futures and options.

Marcus Bolton is heading the new division, which consists of 90 staff largely based in London. Before taking on this role, Bolton was managing director treasury and derivatives at the brokerage, where he has primarily managed global forex options since the merger. Prior to that, he ran forwards, spot, cash
