Those scanning job ads in the financial press in London lately will have noticed an increasing demand for dealers in EMS cross currencies. A recent survey of headhunters (FX Week, July 19) showed that recruiters are seeing increased interest from banks in hiring dealers with this speciality. Discussions with bankers in London confirms this trend.
