Rosenthal Collins Group Shuts N.Y. FX Desk But Quantum May Decide To Open One?

The union between Rosenthal Collins Group (RCG) and Quantum Financial Services earlier this month resulted in the demise of RCG's modest 24-hour foreign exchange trading operation in New York, officials there confirm. But Leslie Rosenthal, a principal at Quantum, says "you can probably characterize it as more of a hiatus than any kind of a discontinuation."
