Prebon/Marshall Join Forces Preparing For June Merger

LONDON--Prebon Yamane and MW Marshall & Co have largely completed the integration of their broking operations in London and New York, according to officials.
The newly merged company, to be known as Prebon Marshall Yamane in America and Europe, and Prebon Yamane in Asia, will officially come into existence on June 1. However, the integration of the two companies' staff is already well underway, say officials.
