Owen Brown has joined Chase Manhattan Bank in New York as a senior proprietary trader who will ultimately be involved in the bank's currency fund, the London Diversified Fund, according to David Puth, Chase's head of FX and derivatives in New York. Brown was previously a manager in the macro proprietary trading group in Credit Suisse First Boston's fixed income division in New York.
Pierre Durand has joined Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in New York as head of emerging markets proprietary trading
