A new worldwide sales office in Chicago is being opened by international investment management firm, Eclipse Capital Management, Inc. to implement a global marketing effort for the St. Louis-based commodity trading advisor. Officials say the company has recruited a seasoned veteran to lead its new domestic and international business development strategy.
John Vaile is the new senior vice president who will run the Chicago office and direct the marketing drive. He has 25 years experience
