SFE To Demutualize

The Sydney Futures Exchange announced last week that it intends to proceed with its plans to demutualize. The decision follows a resolution by the SFE's board to present an entitlements policy to its members.

The entitlements policy recommended by the board is based on the following allocation: 68.5% floor members, 18.5% local members, 7.4% associate members and 5.6% to temporary local members.

Each member within each class has an equal entitlement.
