FXCM rolls out dealing desk to fight price war

Retail foreign exchange brokerage FXCM has this week launched a principal dealing desk in an effort to recoup lost market share by offering tighter spreads to smaller, price-sensitive clients. The dealing desk execution option was initially tested with clients in Australia and was rolled out globally, excluding the US, on October 1. It will be launched in the US on November 1.
