Forex fraud hits London

LONDON - Retail foreign exchange fraud has hit the UK market, with an arrest associated to a £40 million fraudulent investment programme made last week.

Terry Freeman, an FX trader from GFX Capital Markets, was arrested last Monday (February 9) as part of a police investigation into a reported investment fraud.

The City of London Police's Economic Crime Department would not confirm the person involved was Freeman, but said a 60-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of money laundering and
