EBS Direct set to offer outrights and swaps

Platform seeks growth in new business area

EBS Direct is to beta-launch foreign exchange outrights and swaps in the fourth quarter of this year – with eight liquidity providers and 30 liquidity takers signed up to take part in the initial phase – as it seeks to gain market share in the new business segment.

The platform is introducing a request-for-stream (RFS) execution functionality on the relationship-based venue, which will support outrights and swaps, and other instruments as they become available.
