Single-dealer platform technology vendor Caplin Systems this week unveils a new suite of developer tools to help firms develop online trading platform technology applications, based on HTML5, an increasingly popular website-building language that does not require plug-ins such as Adobe Flash Player or Microsoft Silverlight.
