Bridge has developed a Java applet to FX Connect that enables Microsoft Windows NT Bridgestation workstation customers to trade directly with the global FX trading desks of Boston-based State Street, in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Sydney.

To ease the way into FX Connect, the applet includes pop-up trade entry and order execution screens, as well as trade affirmation windows, officials say. An additional NT-based Web server is installed on-site to provide access to the Web.
