BBH offers web tool for account inquiries

Brown Brothers Harriman has moved 80% of its client groups to use Inquiry Manager, an online service that allows customers to launch account inquiries and receive automated updates. Most of the rest will migrate to it over the next quarter.

An inquiry can be submitted from any of BBH’s online tools, including FX Worldview, FX Orderview and FX Indexlink. Customers can monitor the progress of any inquiries and receive email notifications of status changes.


Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
