Citibank in San Francisco has hired Bryan Smith as its vice president and senior investor advisor for foreign exchange business. Smith reports to Mary Toman, vice president and manager of Citibank's Mid-West/West Coast funds management business. Smith is responsible for developing business with investment managers in the West and Mid-West. Previously, Smith was in the strategies trading group at Wells Fargo/Nikko Investment Advisors in San Francisco, managing and trading risk management accounts
