Greenwich Associates' latest report on corporate and investor foreign exchange trading finds that timely market updates and accurate settlement and delivery are still the most important features of customer banking relationships. The report also notes that those companies that fail to establish closer relationships with financial service providers could be left out in the cold, as these providers are culling unprofitable relationships and products.
