Tullett & Tokyo has signed a 15-year lease for $35 million to keep its North American head office, with 550 staff, at 80 Pine Street in lower Manhattan. The decision is a boost for the city which has lost several FX houses to Jersey City in recent years. Noonan, Astley & Pearce has relocated across the Hudson as has Bierbaum Martin and Fulton Prebon Yamane. Tullett's is planning an expansion at 80 Pine Street from 46,000 square feet to more than 62,000 square feet.
