In Search Of Globex; The Never Ending Saga Further Delays, Additional Testing Needed

The launch date for Globex, the proposed electronic trading system from the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the Chicago Board of Trade and Reuters Holdings PLC, has been delayed again, making it more than a year overdue. The launch is now set for the first quarter of 1991, revised from the expected November launch date set back in May.
