Wholesale Markets Brokers' Association Appoints Beales As Full-Time Chairman

LONDON--Mike Beales assumes the chairmanship of the London Wholesale Markets Brokers' Association (WMBA) this week, succeeding founding chairman Richard Toomer who is retiring from the markets. "There are significant challenges facing the WMBA, so for the first time the chairmanship will be a full-time position," explains Toomer, who has chaired the association since it was established in 1994.
