David Holtzman has joined National Westminster Bank in New York as a Swiss franc trader, confirms NatWest FX manager Steve Dakin. Holtzman was previously a dollar/mark trader at Crédit Lyonnais.
Lehman Brothers has appointed Henry Kaufman to its nine-member board of directors. Kaufman is president of Henry Kaufman & Company, the investment management and consulting company he founded. Kaufman was previously a managing director at Salomon Brothers.
