AARAU--Aargauische KantonalBank (AKB) is forming a new capital markets division at the bank's headquarters in Aarau, Switzerland, which will be staffed by a five-strong team from Basler Kantonalbank, confirms a spokesperson for AKB. The division will start trading at the beginning of August.
