Financial services solutions provider TwoFour has hired Hugh Evans as its chief financial officer in New York. Before joining TwoFour, Evans held senior positions at contract logistics and freight management services firm contract logistics and freight management services firm Exel. Prior to that, he worked in mergers and acquisitions at Dresdner Kleinwort in London.
