Reuters Dealing Now Accounts for 50 Percent Of All Foreign Exchange Spot Trades In London

At least 50 percent of all foreign exchange spot transactions in the London market are now done through the Reuters dealing systems, bankers and brokers estimate. In some banks, the figure is closer to 75 percent, as traders take advantage of the system's convenience to bypass both brokers and direct telephone lines.
