FXNET: Gilles de Viel Castel, commercial director at Quotron Global Treasury Services says Credit Lyonnais will become the first French bank to use the bilateral netting system in London. The bank is expected to go live in July. Meanwhile, another as yet unnamed French bank is talking about going live
