James Cameron has joined Banca di Napoli as treasurer. He replaces John Tuke, and heads an FX team of four. Cameron was previously employed as director of trading, including FX, at Daiwa Europe. He left Daiwa in September 1999. Daiwa Securities closed its London FX business in August this year. (See related story, this issue)

Tony Frances has left the Industrial Bank of Japan in London, where he was a spot yen trader. He will report to Keiko Brooking, head of foreign exchange. IBJ has not
