Gavin Wells has been named as chief dealer, head of spot FX at Citibank in London, following the departure of Declan McEvoy. Wells reports to Richard Moore, head of global FX. McEvoy joined Citi from Barclays Capital in 1998 as a sterling/mark trader and was promoted to chief dealer at Citi in September of last year, replacing Steve Nutland.
ANZ Investment Bank has hired Paul Loffredo as head of foreign exchange in New York. Loffredo reports to John Reedyk, New York-based global head of FX
