BBH readies Tokyo forex


TOKYO -- US custodian bank Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is preparing for the next stage in its global FX expansion, with the launch of a Tokyo sales desk in October.

Head of the desk, Jun Kitazawa, who joined BBH in May (FX Week, May 27), transfers to Tokyo next month to set up the desk, having spent the past few weeks working at BBH in New York and London.
