Ronald Holzer, former head of foreign exchange at Chicago's Harris Trust & Savings Bank, has joined ABN-Amro Bank USA in Chicago, as group senior vice president of foreign exchange. The Netherlands-based bank recently announced it was moving the treasury function of its New York operation to its North American headquarters in Chicago (FX Week, February 15).
Dominique Collard, formerly a corporate FX dealer at Credit Lyonnais in London, is joining Sumitomo Bank's London branch as a senior
