ACI Congress Speakers Call For New Focus On Asian Growth

Bank of Japan governor Yasuo Matsushita has pinned the blame for the dollar's sharp fall against the yen on a combination of U.S. government policy and "misinterpretation" by the foreign exchange market. Addressing the Association Cambiste Internationale's 37th annual congress in Osaka, Matsushita focused his attention largely on the dollar/yen exchange rate.
