Convertibility Features In Telerate Emerging Markets FX Conference


Economists scheduled to speak at this week's Telerate-sponsored foreign exchange conference in London say they expect breakthroughs soon in the convertibility of currencies in the emerging states of Eastern European and Asian economies--at least on a limited basis.
